Individual returns are the bread and butter of the firm — the work that started Delta. We welcome households in Elmhurst and well beyond Illinois.

We can build a projection of next year’s likely liability so you are not guessing in December.

New clients often come with returns that missed deductions or credits. We review prior years and amend when the law allows a better result.

If you own a business or property and not enough is withheld, we compute monthly or quarterly estimates so you are not surprised — or penalized — at year end.

Things come up. An extension gives you time to gather papers and sit down with us after April 15.

Federal and state letters arrive for all kinds of reasons. We have decades of practice working with the government to resolve them without extra penalties when that is possible.

We mediate with the IRS: past-due returns, back tax, penalties, offers in compromise. That includes audits, liens and levies, wage garnishment, failure to file, and delinquent returns.
